I hate it when I get like this - I am dead tired, but I cannot fall asleep. I have neglected needed self-care to ease certain pains. Who has time for that. I am now paying the price for the neglect. My neck really hurts, and in turn, so does my head. Decompression therapy this eve & again on Saturday. In fact every other day for the next week or two. I cannot let this go...

yaeh, it sucks. I feel a little better this morning, once I fanally got to sleep. I can't do decompression days back-to-back - sort of like doing hard work outs back to back. No recovery time.

If you're still on leave, drop by the shop today. I am on 10-3.
