So I am in the turn lane in front of the CostCo in Tacoma, waiting to make a left turn. I am in the outside lane. Some jackanape in the inside lane decides he wants to be in the outside lane whilst he is making the turn. Small problem here - I am already in that lane!! Guess what happens? Nope, the laws of physics, space and time are not broken. Two different object CANNOT occupy the same space at the same time. The moron hits me. I am in the Miata 

 

I now have a smash on my left rear quarter panel.

Nincompoop's response when I pulled over to the parking lot & beckoned him to follow? "I thought you were gonna turn & change lanes" Really, dipshit, did I have my turn signal on? No? Guess what, that means I am not turning! WOW! What a fucking genius concept!

I also found out that city of Tacoma will not send out a patrol car to an accident unless there is an injury or blocked traffic.

I really hope you were not injured. If you have *any* muscle pain in the next couple of days - see you doctor and add it to the claim. Muscle strain doesn't always show up right away.

I hope he has good insurance and your baby gets fixed good as new.

I am fine so far. With fibro, pain is a daily thing. If it changes, I'll make an appointment.

He has insurance with Mutual of Enumclaw. We'll see how good. I know my USAA guys will back me up 100%.

Really watch neck and back pain. Even if it's the level of "bad fibro pain" have it checked out, because there can be some damage that the fibro will mask. Also see if your doc will prescribe massage.

Not a one. Traffic was too busy & it didn't look dramatic enough, I guess.
